Does the IRS Owe You Money?

If you haven't filed your taxes in a few years, the IRS may have some money for you. To collect a refund, a return must be filed with the IRS no later than three years from the due date of the return. If no return is filed to claim the refund within three years, the money becomes the property of the U.S. Treasury. If you have not filed a prior year tax return, you should consider filing the return with Taxbrain. We are the ONLY online tax service offering prior year returns back to 2003.
